Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Payment Deadlines

Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 15 April 2026 in order to receive the Early Bird registration rate. After 15 April 2026, outstanding Early Bird registrations will be changed to the Standard registration rate.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of Registration

• Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for registrations will not be eligible for a refund. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat Must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

Registration Alterations

• No refunds will be provided for a transfer of registration. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registration. The Meeting Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

Privacy Disclaimer

• In registering for this meeting relevant details (name/organization/country) will be incorporated into a delegate list and may be made available (if necessary) to parties directly related to the Meeting including, but not limited to; venues, accommodation providers. However, to ensure your privacy, your email address and personal information will not be shared outside of CIPAC Meeting 2026 Secretariat.
